Outreach

As a passionate birdwatcher, I enjoy introducing the diversity of birds to the general public.

In Vancouver, Canada, I am currently leading a monthly bird count in Stanley Park for the Stanley Park Ecology Society.

In Switzerland, I taught several courses in field ornithology to beginner and advanced bird enthusiasts. I also led three 3-day trips to France to observe autumn bird migration.

For nine years, I was a leader of the youth group of a local BirdLife Switzerland chapter. We organized monthly field trips about birds, nature, and conservation for teenagers.
